This in-depth class combines informative discussions of safety issues for women, comprehensive instruction on awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, and hands-on self-defense instruction by trained police officers. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. High school students welcome, but please call 614-583-5331 to enroll participants under 18 years.
