**Yoga for all levels and abilities, including beginners**
In this 8-week series class, combine restful yoga poses with body-based discoveries. Each week focuses on a different system of the body and how this system can support overall relaxation and well-being. Come to learn about yourself and how to listen to your body while replenishing your body-mind-spirit.
This class combines Restorative Yoga and Body-Mind Centering®. Restorative Yoga offers restful yoga postures which are held for several minutes at a time. BMC® is a somatic movement approach that offers anatomy-based inquiry and tools to listen to and learn from the intrinsic intelligence of your body.

March 30th: Fluids (Blood, Lymph and Cerebra-Spinal Fluid)
April 6th: Organs (Stomach, Kidneys, Liver, Heart, Lungs, Brain)
April 13th: Endocrine System (Pituitary/Pineal; Thyroid; Adrenals)
April 20th: Nervous System (Parasympathetic/Sympathetic)
April 27th: 6 senses (Touch, Taste, Sight, Smell, Hearing and Kinesthesia)
May 4th: Muscles
