Come find rest for your soul in the beautiful practice of restorative yoga. Restorative yoga is a practice of healing for the grieving heart, mind, and body. The slow and still nature of the class allows space for the mind to settle, the breath to expand, and the body to melt. Join instructor, Rachael Mason, for an indulgent one-hour virtual class that will invite you into a deep state of rest.
All are welcome and absolutely no yoga experience is necessary. All you need is a quiet space to stretch out, comfortable clothing, a pillow and blanket, and a device with Zoom. If you have a yoga mat, block, and/or bolster you are welcome to use those as well.
This class will be held virtually and you will have the option to have your camera on or off during the class.
About the instructor:
Rachael is a clinical counselor with over 6 years of experience in individual, family, and group therapy. She received her 200 hour yoga instructor certification in 2018, after experiencing profound mental, emotional, and physical healing in her own personal practice of yoga, and has since been on a journey to blend the worlds of yoga and mental health through yoga classes, workshops, and groups, creating space for others to experience healing for themselves.
