Researching Genealogy with the US Census

Census information and records can be invaluable tools in family history research. In addition to basic personal facts, Census records include detailed information that can help you make connections across generations. In this presentation, get tips on how to use the U.S. Census and uncover your family history. Examples from the 1790 to 1940 United States censuses are given. Learn about Mortality, Slave, American Indian and Agriculture supplemental schedules to name a few.
