From 10 – noon every Sunday, students are welcome to use the space for their own yoga or meditation practice. Come in for 15 minutes for the full 2 hours. It’s your time. This is self-lead. If a teacher happens to be present, it is for their own practice. Use the props, the space, and the books. Come in quietly, do as much or as little as you want, then leave quietly. Please be respectful of others practicing meditation, asana, balance, inversion, and savasana. At 11:45, Melanie will indicate it’s time to wrap up.
