Start with a warm up, then move to strength and resistance exercises using body weight, free weights and functional movements all led by a motivating instructor to fun tunes! Bring a mat; weights provided. Students move at their own pace and ability; all levels welcome. Strength training increases metabolism, so this class could be your key to achieving those weight loss goals.
