This is an upbeat, progressive dance workout that is choreographed for the novice and requires no dance training at all. Firm your body, boost your cardiovascular system and raise your spirits in a congenial group. Can be prorated for two days a week at the standard rate, or for a chosen number of sessions at the prorated rate. All fitness levels welcome.
