ABOUT
Join Katherine Harrison of Harrison Farm and Dana Bernstein of Bern Yoga at Harrison Farm for an adventurous yoga class featuring the farm’s finest! Goat Yoga takes place in a grassy field, where the friendliest of the goat crew are brought out to bring their unique energy into the yoga class. Classes are beginner friendly, super casual and lots of fun.

You’ll have the chance to interact with the goats while linking breath with movement in a fun vinyasa flow. The hour-long class is followed by coffee and snacks, in addition to the chance to visit with more goats, donkey, chickens, cats, dogs and all amazing animals that live on Harrison Farm.

Here’s the schedule:
Morning Class
10:30am registration starts
11:00am yoga
12:00pm snacks, farm tours, goat snuggles

Afternoon Class
2:30pm registration starts
3:00pm yoga
4:00pm snacks, farm tours, goat snuggles

RAIN OR SHINE
New in 2018! Classes will occur rain or shine. In the case of rain, the class will happen in The Hangar at Harrison Farm. Katherine’s grandfather owned a small airplane, and in the late 1940s he constructed an airplane hangar on the farm. In fall of 2017, the hangar was restored as a meeting & celebration space, and is now the spot where we’ll do yoga under cover in the rain (how lucky!).
