Croissant-making with chef Aaron Clouse

One of our most popular classes returns: croissant-making with chef Aaron Clouse! Food Lab guests always love learning the secrets to baking perfectly flaky, buttery croissants from one of Columbus’ foremost French pastry authorities. The class covers the process of making traditional croissants and ventures into flavored-croissant territory (last time we made decadent almond croissants!).

Chef Clouse’s next session is Sunday, October 7. This class will include the use of commercial kitchen equipment (proof box, blast chiller, and dough sheeter) in order to prepare croissants within the class period. Chef Clouse will also provide instruction on how to replicate the process at home.
