Join us Thursday as we toast democracy and equality and officially launch Craft the Vote, a new coalition that aims to boost voting and civic engagement among Gen Z, Millennial young voters and in the LGBTQ Ohioans.
The all-volunteer grassroots effort will feature live music and entertainment, voter registration, Board of Elections will premier a new voting machine, and a watch party for the HRC CNN LGBTQ forum. And a lucky winner will get a Drag 101 makeover from nationally acclaimed drag performer Selena T. West. Ms. West made news when her recent library event was cancelled due to threats from people who follow the Angry Mommy (we try not to mention her name). The community rallied and more than 100 people came just to show support.
WHEN: October 10, 6 pm – 11 pm
WHERE: Land-Grant Brewing Company, 424 W. Town St., Columbus, Ohio
