The Columbus Italian Festival 2018, welcomes the Central-Ohio community, to the 39th Italian Festival hosted by St. John the Baptist Italian Catholic Church. Our festival proceeds benefit, the Father Casto Marrapese Scholarship for high school graduates and a selected charity each year. The proceeds also maintain our 120-year-old church building and historic art collection. Each year we celebrate our Italian culture as we invite our guests to partake in Italian language and cooking lesson… and a little Italian Karaoke! We have rides and Italian activities for the kids. The Festival hosts two tents one all Italiana acts and one contemporary stage, as we proudly present our local talented Columbus musicians , something for every guest. The city salivates for THE CIF PIZZA! The best in the country. Weekly we receive calls as to where else in the city our guests my try a slice, people can’t wait for the Pizza. Just as you see squirrels hoarding nuts, most evenings you will see guest carrying out boxes of Pizza to get them through the winter. Bocce Tournament in four courts with prizes and trophys. The San Giovanni Dancers all three days. The Columbus Ittalian Festival / Piave Parade. Also the incredible High School Band Competition. A spectacular event no one should miss.
