We are delighted to welcome Helen Jiao back to our kitchens for a return engagement of one of our most popular classes ever — Chinese Soup Dumplings! In this class, we will make two fillings and learn two classic dumpling folds and cooking methods — steaming and pan-frying. We will also make Scallion Pancakes. Students will make plenty of dumplings to enjoy during the class and take home.
