Children’s Electronics: Micro:bit Programming

Get your kids to take this micro:bit class and learn programming the fun way!

Ages: School-age students (K-12). Please see note below.

Discover micro:bit and learn to how code the fun way! This hands-on K-12 class will teach your child computer programming fundamentals, using the BBC micro:bit & Microsoft MakeCode visual programming tool.

Micro:bit is a tiny programmable computer, designed to make learning easy and fun. Students will learn how to program a scrolling marquee to display their name, how to blink a smiley face on the micro:bit matrix, as well as how to connect external components, such as LEDs or sensors for more advanced projects.

Start your child on the exciting path of learning and discovery through technology. Each student will leave with their own micro:bit.
