Join us for the first tasting in our exciting new Wine Dinner series,
titled “Bemuse Bouche”

Ever wonder why wine pairings start sparkling and end sweet? We have too.
Steady in the conviction that preparation and creativity trump convention and dogma,
Chef Richard Blondin and Sommelier Chris Dillman have prepared a dinner that will turn the
conventions of food and wine pairings on their heads.
