CHEEZE 2.0 – Redefining Vegan Cheese

Whether you’re thinking about transitioning to a vegan diet, lactose intolerant, or just curious what in the world vegan cheese tastes like, this class is for you. Join Chef A’Donna to learn how to make your own vegan/plant based cheezes.

Did you know that there are certain flavor profiles and physical characteristics of conventional cheeses that make us crave it over and over again? We know that conventional cheese is not good for us, but what about the store bought vegan cheezes? It’s never as good as we want it to be, nor as healthy as we think! Improve your cheeze making skills with this hands on cooking class and create dishes that compliment the cheezes we will make.

By the end of this class, you will be able to confidently make your own oil free cheezes so that you don’t have to waste money on those expensive store bought cheezes with hard to pronounce chemicals and added oils.

Whether you’re thinking about transitioning to a vegan diet, vegetarian, an omnivore, lactose intolerant, or just curious what in the world vegan cheeze tastes like – incorporating more plants into your daily diet can be an empowering way to improve your health and vitality.

Participants learn to cook three different cheezes and main dishes to include them in.
