We will be offering cheese tastings most Fridays throughout the winter months. Each session will be paired with cheeses available at Black Radish Creamery and beverages available at The Barrel and Bottle.
Each class will dive into the stories behind the cheeses as well as the beverage pairings for that week.
This week we are pairing white wines!
John, BRC co-owner and an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional, will be guiding the class through a selection of cheeses as well as 2 representations each of 3 different varietals: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Reisling.
Guests should walk away knowing how to identify the key characteristics in each cheese and wine varietal.
