Join us Saturday November 21st @ 4:00 PM for the BQIC Caravan for Black Trans Lives! Be COVID-safe and arrive/participate in by car — lineup around Mayme Moore Park (240 MLK Jr Blvd) starts at 4:00! We will have invited speakers open the event, more info to come on how their speeches will be broadcast. After we read the names of the Black trans people we have lost this year, the caravan will start and we’ll drive around Columbus making noise! Route TBA very soon.
Brings signs, flags, noisemakers, etc to make your presence known during the caravan! Have your passengers post videos and pictures with the hashtag #CaravanForBlackTransLives! We will also use that hashtag to share updates day-of.

In preparation for the Caravan, we will be having a Drop-In Art Build TOMORROW Thursday November 19th at 6:30 PM at Community Grounds (1134 Parsons Ave). Drop in and grab any art supplies you need to express yourself while we’re driving around town! We’ll have poster materials, markers, paints, and trans flags available. Masks are required!
