When the second 2020 presidential debates kick off on July 30th and 31st, the Columbus community will be invited to see the candidates on the big screen at Gateway Film Center, thanks in part to a new partnership with Columbus Underground. Building on a film center tradition since 2012, all primary and general election presidential debates this cycle will screen free-of-charge.
The second presidential debate will air at 8:00PM, on July 30th and July 31st, with events kicking off in the film center lobby starting at 8:00PM. Free tickets will be available at our Ticket Center starting 3 hours before showtime.
The first screening on Tuesday, July 30th will feature candidates:
Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont
Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts
Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Indiana
Rep. Beto O’Rouke of Texas
Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota

Former Rep. John Delaney of Maryland
Former Gov. John Hickenlooper of Colorado
Rep. Tim Ryan of Ohio
