The City of Dublin hosted a media preview last week to showcase the grand opening of the “Dublin Link” pedestrian bridge that connects Historic Dublin with the Bridge Park development over the Scioto River.
Public grand opening events were scheduled for this week, but have been postponed due to Coronavirus / COVID-19 concerns.
The new bridge measures 760 feet from end to end with a 500-foot suspended span over the river. The main tower of the bridge measures 169 feet in height. The bridge was designed only for pedestrian and bicycle use, connecting into the city’s park and trail system.
