    Dispatch Launches Columbus History Blog

Last week the Dispatch launched a new blog on their website titled A Look Back, in which several Dispatch librarians (Amy Disch, Linda Deitch, Susan Stonick and Julie Albert) showcase some interesting historical bits of information and photographs found in the Dispatch archives.

Some of the first few posts include information about the first woman to fly solo around the world (who happened to be from Bexley), details about the historic Hayden Building downtown, info on the 1930 Ohio Pen fire, and a great history lesson about the Morehouse Fashion Company (pictured) that originally sat where the City Center currently does. You can read about all of this and more at Blog.Dispatch.com/LookBack.
