5th is probably the worst designed street in the city. They could narrow it to 3 lanes and still serve car traffic much more efficiently.
So glad to see this.
Yes, that exterior design does not impress me at all.
This place is close to my house. I agree with the author that the pulled beef is 'positively fabulous'. It's not too expensive, either. And I also agree about the customer service being very good.
So this is architecture for an Arts District? Are you kidding me? Looks like a renovated strip mall. Jeez.
Nice try at trolling but you only succeeded in making yourself look like a douche.
Meh. I'm a block and a half away and I'm happy to see the developer isn't punking out with some low-density design like you see from time to time in urban infill cites.
Right. Because it is on a bit of a hill.
Great and welcome news here. Some of the buildings could have a bit more individual distinctiveness, but I'm not complaining. Full steam ahead everyone!

Agreed! Let the people decide! Not surprised a coalition of non-profits would spring up that will benefit from getting more money but not feel any of the financial hardship of the tax. Who doesn’t...
Nah you do that when you can't afford the premiums for the ACA.
What I noticed most about this post was the almost complete lack of opinion (well, aside from the first line which still seemed at least related to fact).
It was weird. And rare. And refreshing....
I love the design. Very classic and traditional. These designs stand the test of time and will still look good 50 years from now. That post-modern crap with bold colors and geometric architecture are...
So Delicious!! The new kitchen and prepared foods are truly lovely, just as the gang at Quinci.
That is an average, not median, so let's not get carried away and say "150K a piece". Amazon does not have a reputation as being a particularly high payer of wages and median wages in non management...
I live a block from the site, it is ideal for walking/biking/busing to work downtown or at OSU. With the #1 and #2 running down High just two blocks away and the #8 on Neil, it really is a non-driving...
Is the developer seeking tax abatements as part of this project? Or is the city offering them anyways even though demand is already high in this area?
