Earlier this week, work officially began on the Bridge Park West development in Dublin, which includes the demolition of two medial office buildings at 94 North High Street on the west side of the Scioto River. Once completed, the Bridge Park West development will include 41 condos, 15,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space. The condos are expected to be a higher-end for-sale product, ranging in price between $300,000 and $1.7 million.

While Bridge Park West will be connected directly to Historic Dublin along High Street, the future plans call for it to be connected to its larger counterpart known as Bridge Park on the east side of the river with a pedestrian bridge. The first phase of Bridge Park is expected to also start soon, and will include a total of eight mixed-use buildings housing another 371 residential units as well as office, retail and parking garage space. Once all phases are fully completed, the entire Bridge Park development is expected to contain over 1,100 housing units.
