With a 100 percent participation in his company’s 401k, Mark DeBellis wants to see his 80 employees succeed—not just now, but later in life. His Gahanna-based company, Suburban Steel Supply, provides financial literacy resources to employees, and has recently started an Employee Emergency Assistance program to help them during unexpected emergencies or hardships.
