    The redevelopment of the Ohio Deaf School, 400 E. Town St., into apartments is proceeding according to plan.

    Campus Apartments of Philadelphia plans to retrofit the 98-year-old building with 71 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Owner David Adelman is working with the Columbus architectural firm of Schooley Caldwell Associates on the project.
