The Fifth by Northwest Area Commission has begun the process of creating a neighborhood plan. A series of four public workshops will be held to gather public input that will form the basis for development of the plan, commission chair Andy Byerly said.

The first public meeting will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, at Grandview Heights High School. “The workshops will be open to anyone who wants to attend. We really want the public to attend,” Byerly said.

The Fifth by Northwest Area Commission was formed last year and reviews issues relating to the area roughly bounded by Kinnear Road to the north, the alley south of Third Avenue to the south, Wyandotte Road to the west and Olentangy River Road to the east.
