    Construction Roundup Photos: Downtown Columbus

Downtown Columbus is abuzz with new construction, which means a lot of noise and dust in the short term, but new offices, residences, and hotel space in the long term. In fact, back in July we reported that there’s over $500 million worth of construction currently going on Downtown, with even more underway at this point in November.

That includes a $125 million renovation and expansion of the Convention Center, the Madison’s renovation and demolition of 90 North High Street, a new 100-room hotel on Main Street, two new LC apartment buildings at Rich and High, the eight-story City of Columbus Coleman Government Center and parking garage, the 12-story Parks Edge condos in the Arena District, the five-story Neilston apartment building, the five-story 303 South Front apartment building in RiverSouth, the five-story apartment building at Fifth and Town, and more.
