In the second installment of our Construction Roundup series this month, we take a look at construction sites in the Italian Village, Weinland Park, Downtown, RiverSouth, University District, Grandview Heights and Franklinton areas.
Those projects include a brewery expansion at Seventh Son , new single family homes in Grandview Heights and ongoing office development at Grandview Yard.
Oh, and some new places to live too. A massive wave of new residences in Weinland Park is under way, new for-sale condos are under construction in the Arena District and Grandview Yard , and of course, the construction of mixed-use apartment developments can be found in Italian Village , at Seventh and High , at Northwood and High , at Lane and High , at 16th and High , at Lane and Tuttle Park , on West Broad in Franklinton , on West Rich in Franklinton , at Columbus Commons , at Rich and High and at Gay and High . Just to name a few.
