    The ongoing construction of Grandview Yard continues at a rapid clip, as the 100-acre site in Grandview Heights progresses toward completion. In our latest Construction Roundup photo installment, we get a new look at some of the ongoing projects in that area, which include:

    • The Manchester – A five-story mixed-use apartment building adjacent to the new Nationwide Insurance office buildings.
    • 828 at the Yard – A five-story condo building closure to the original Grandview Yard apartments.
    • The Homes on Pullmanway – A group of 44 for-sale homes and townhomes developed by Wagenbrenner.
