Construction Roundup: Grandview Yard May 2018 Photo by Walker Evans.
Over the course of the past decade, the 125-acre site known as Grandview Yard has rapidly transformed from vacant grocery store warehouses into a neighborhood-within-a-neighborhood in the city of Grandview Heights. During a recent tour of the newest residential buildings to launch at Grandview Yard, we took the opportunity to snap a few extra photos of the construction sites throughout the area to provide a snapshot at what the area looks like at this point in 2018 and what else developer Nationwide Realty Investors still has left to fill in.
More details can be found below under each photo.
