    Construction Roundup: Downtown

The last time we presented a Downtown-centric Construction Roundup was back in April, and a lot has changed since then. Developments like The Neilston and 303 South Front Street had just started to break ground, and elevator shafts at Parks Edge and the Coleman Government Center had just begun to rise out of the ground.

Today, Parks Edge has topped out in the Arena District with the exterior shell starting to take shape. The Neilston apartment building has also topped out at five floors with framing continuing on the east side of the building. The new eight-story Coleman Government building and its adjacent parking garage have also topped out recently. And 303 South Front has completed foundation work and is beginning to rise out of the ground in RiverSouth.

Check out more projects, information and construction photos below.
