    Construction is wrapping up on a new four-story condo building on Broad Street across from Franklin Park.
    Work has progressed quickly at The Gemma, a three-story mixed-use project in Olde Towne East.
    The first phase of The Morgan condominiums is also nearing completion in Olde Town East.
    Underground work is nearly completed on the first phase of new residential units overlooking The Topiary Park in the Discovery District.
    The Grant Oak apartments have been fenced off for construction. Four buildings will be renovated while three will be demolished and replaced.
