Most of the recent news about Bridge Park been in the form of tenant announcements – RAM Restaurant and Brewery, Mesh Fitness, Cap City Fine Diner, the Avenue Steak Tavern and Pins Mechanical Company have all committed to spots in the massive Dublin development.

While those leases were being signed, though, a whole lot of construction has been happening — check out more photos from our recent tour to get an idea of the scale of the development.

Nearly a dozen buildings are currently under construction. They will hold apartments, condos, office space, and ground-floor retail, as well as lots of parking spaces to accommodate future residents, employees and shoppers. Also among the buildings rising over the newly-opened Riverside Drive/Route 161 roundabout are the eight-story AC Hotel by Marriott and an adjacent conference center. The first residential units, office space, and the fitness center are all on track to be open by November of this year.

If the master plan continues to be implemented as originally envisioned by developer Crawford Hoying, the 30-acre development will eventually be home to over 370,000 square feet of office space, 120,000 square feet of retail, nearly 800 residential units, a grocery store, and over 100,000 square feet of space dedicated to restaurants and bars.
