    Consider Biking Needs Your Help

CB LogoIf you are an experienced cyclist and know your ways around Columbus, Consider Biking needs your help! They have put together a Bicycle Usability Map and now they need your help to verify and validate the “levels of service” (routes) on the map.

Consider Biking is seeking 20 volunteers to:
    1) attend a 4+ hour workshop on Tuesday, Jan. 27th (3:00 or 4:00 pm)  to pour over the first draft of the map as a group, 2) to take responsibility for a specific geographic area, and “field test” and/or provide feedback for the levels of service/routes on the map.

Attendance at the January 27th workshop, will be required in order to participate in the specific feedback of “step #2.” We must educate everyone about the criteria for levels of service ratings.  Understandably, everyone must be defining acceptable cycling routes from the same perspective.

If you would like to volunteer for this desperately needed project, please contact Jeff Stephens as soon as possible for details, and to be placed on the January 27th workshop invitation list.  [email protected]
