Condado Coming Soon to Bridge ParkMay 7, 2018 4:32 pm Lauren Sega
Condado will add a sixth location late this year, opening in the Bridge Park West development in historic Dublin. Occupying a new building at 102 N. High St., Condado Dublin is pegged for an opening by October.
“You’ll notice with a lot of the establishments here we’ve looked to local or regional places,” says Ted Orr, Director of Development Experience at Crawford Hoying. “Just with the heavy demand for local or original or authentic establishments here in the Dublin area, Condado makes a lot of sense. We think it’ll do really well on that side of the river, because it’s unique to that location.”
Once open, Condado Dublin will be the taqueria’s second new location in 2018, following one in Polaris set to open by September. The store is roughly 3,100 square feet in size, and it’s located near the newly open The Avenue Steak Tavern. Free parking for the restaurant will be available in the Bridge Park West Garage; patrons can get their parking validated at Condado.
