    Tonight, give your input at the Scioto Peninsula Public Meeting at COSI. The Short North Stage opens their next production, Little Dog Laughed. Tom Green is at the Funny Bone Comedy Club. Catch another Pecha Kucha at 400 West Rich. Get a blow out for a fun night out at the new Blow By JL at Jolie Laide Salon in German Village. Aimee Mann is at the Capitol Theatre. There’s a talk about Elijah Pierce at the Columbus Museum of Art. Meet Mike Duffy, author of The President’s Club, at the Bexley High School. The Columbus Jewish Film Festival continues. Joke Jams, a new monthly comedy and music show is at Woodland’s Tavern tonight.

    There is a Veterans Day Parade happening in Downtown Friday. The Lego exhibit opens at the Columbus Museum of Art on Friday. Find some gifts at the Cultural Arts Center’s Annual Sale, Friday or Saturday. Go to the Big Bawdy Benefit at The Shrunken Head. Gallery 831 is opening Temptress of the Sea, and other tales of myth and mystery, and having a Raku party on Friday night. Sick Sad World presents All That! a 90s dance party at King Avenue Five. Stop by The Candle Lab in the Short North to celebrate Project: Zero Ohio’s newest product, a Made by AmyD coffee sleeve. See Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind at the Wexner Center during the Masters of Studio Ghibli. The Friends of Bexley Library have a book sale starting Friday and going through Sunday. Check out some Late Nite Comedy!

    Saturday

    Go shopping at the Holiday Shop Around at the Grange Insurance Audubon Center. Cheer on the Ohio Roller Girls at their annual Skatemare Before Christmas bout. Support a student group and order poinsettas. The Ohio Environmental Council has their Green Gala fundraiser on Saturday night. There’s another PBJ and Jazz at the Lincoln Theatre. Go to the First Annual Craft Beer and Gourmet Burger Crawl at Park Street. Tour some Healthy Homes. ProMusica has a concert featuring music of Mozart Saturday and Sunday. See a couple more episodes of WOSU’s Columbus Neighborhoods for free at Easton. While you are there, check out the new Cooper’s Hawk restaurant, or visit HOMAGE for a special in-store appearance by Craig Krenzel, Quarterback of the 2002 National Champion Ohio State Buckeyes and get an autographed photo. Stop by the Franklin Park Conservatory on Saturday or Sunday for Green with Envy: A Recrafter’s Art Faire, put on by Etsy Team Columbus and get a chance at winning a gift card! Open Door Art Studio is having an Open House on Saturday. OSU Urban Arts Space has another Arts Explorations for Kids. Check out Record Breakers Radio Show live at Vinyl Frontier. Zoom Room opens in the Short North (it’s for dogs!). Go to the Wexner Center for Last Shot: A GenWex Party celebrating the center’s 23rd birthday and the Annie Leibovitz exhibition. Go on a bar crawl for Movember. Take your kids to The Nutcracker Storytime, Saturday and Sunday. Bass Jam is celebrating Skully’s 11th Anniversary with a free show. Support the Autism Society of Ohio at an old fashion adult lock-in at Dave and Buster’s in Hillard.

    Sunday

    The Columbus International Film and Video Festival kicks off their 60th year on Sunday. Drop off donations for the Warm Hands Warm Hearts campaign. See the Ohio State Marching Band in concert at Veterans Memorial. Then go over to COSI for Lego Castle Adventures, or Body Worlds and the Brain. It’s your last chance to see Chicago at Shadowbox Live. Or see La Boheme at the Backstage Bistro. Wild Goose Creative is hosting a Sing-A-Long. Watch The Walking Dead at the Gateway Film Center. Go to Battelle Darby Creek for a park hike and see the bison. Merion Village has their annual Pasta Dinner.
