It’s the final Commons for Kids at Columbus Commons this Friday. It’s also the last weekend to get to Zoombezi Bay, and enjoy the zoo’s later hours. Are you doing Bike the CBUS on Saturday? OSU’s football season kicks off on Saturday against Akron. Join Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill for a Pep Rally on Friday. They’ve also got Kegs & Eggs starting at 8am on Saturday. Nix Comics releases Quarterly Issue #3 on Friday. BalletMet performs Rhythm on the River at Bicentennial Park on Friday night. Rumba Cafe is celebrating their 5 Year Anniversary all weekend. Enjoy Gallery Hop in the Short North and check out Tigertree’s new larger space. You can also enjoy Quality at Basil. It’s the final weekend to see Tecumseh (ends Saturday) and The Actors Theatre wraps up Oedipus Rex on Sunday. The Greek Festival starts Friday and goes through Monday. Take in some vintage baseball on Saturday and Sunday. Upper Arlington has their Labor Day Arts Festival on Monday. You can also head to Hills Market for their Ohio Hog Roast. And the Ohio Renaissance Festival returns this weekend. Enjoy!
