    Columbus Mega Summer Weekend 2010 – Vol. 6

    The big thing this weekend is COMFEST! Comfest is happening all weekend long, you can catch bands, listen to speakers, buy local goodies, or just hang out and people watch. Just be smart about it. Origins Game Fair is also happening all weekend at the Convention Center. Powell’s Night Out is Thursday night. Catch Artie Isaac in Available Light Theatre’s To Kill A Mockingbird. The show is a fundraiser for the group and performances are Thursday through Sunday. Friday night, Designer Drugs is playing at Outland. On Saturday, Ganther’s Place is having a free Jazz and Art Festival. The festival runs from noon to 4pm. Bookmobile is releasing their new album at Carabar on Saturday night. The Andrew House in Delaware is having a Jazz & Blues Festival Fundraiser on Saturday. The Hilltop Bean Dinner is on Saturday at Westgate Park. Ghost World is playing at Studio 35 on Saturday as part of the New Cult Classics series. Tickets are $5.50 and showtime is 11:30pm. Round out your weekend with beautiful homes and gardens with the 51st Annual Haus und Garten Tour in German Village or Circurious at The Southern Theatre. Enjoy your sizzlin’ weekend!
