There is something for everyone, whether you are new to Columbus, looking for a new spot to call home, or simply interested in the rapid urban development happening in our city.
The Urban Living Tour is a self-guided tour featuring living options and opportunities in Downtown Columbus. It returns this year on Sunday, May 6 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

This year’s tour continues to showcase much of what it means to have an urban lifestyle with various residential options and amenities to tour. The tour is an exciting way to see many of the new and updated places to live in the city. With over a dozen stops featuring various residential and mixed-use buildings in different stages of completeness, tour-goers will be given an exclusive opportunity to learn more about Columbus’s growing urban living options.
Guests will be able to start the tour or buy tickets at two official check-in locations. Get started and be one of the first to see the brand new Stauf’s location at The View on Grant or start your day immersed in the manicured gardens of The Columbus Commons, with centrally located parking.
Tickets to the tour are $10 in advance (available until midnight on 5/5) or $20 day-of at one of the tour’s official check-in locations. Tickets include experiences at all stops on the tour, a booklet with information on urban living in Columbus, plus each ticket holder will have a chance to win Piada for a year by visiting various stops along the tour route. A portion of all ticket sales will be donated to Faith Mission and their programs to help the homeless and others in need.
