    City Considers Revising Tow Truck Fee Limits

    An article in today’s Dispatch reveals that Columbus city officials are looking into revising the way that local towing fee restrictions are handled. It sounds like there is a bit of a loose guideline as to whether or not local companies are expected to follow city fee limits or state fee limits. Currently, state laws allow towing companies to charge $90 per car, while city code indicates that companies can charge $125.
