Chez du Bon to be Replaced by Fin Restaurant

Chez du Bon opened last November at 122 South High Street. Its launch marked the third restaurant for Yavonne Sarber’s FAB Dining Group, and customer reaction and appreciation was well noted.

On June 1st, Chez du Bon will officially close, to be replaced by Fin, a fresh seafood restaurant. Fin, which is also owned by Sarber, will open on June 2nd, serving fresh, contemporary seafood dishes inspired by guests’ feedback and experiences.

“Fin has been a concept of mine for a long time,” shares Sarber on the switch. “It makes sense to change directions at this location now. Over the past two and a half years, my guests have shared hundreds of seafood dishes from their favorite spots. My menu will reflect these dishes.”

Chez du Bon’s Jazz Concert Series and Gospel Brunch will continue at Fin without interruption. Sarber is looking for another smaller spot to relaunch the Chez du Bon concept, and hopes to find a home soon for her beloved French market and café.

Until then, Sarber will be opening Olivers Burgers, Steaks & Bourbon at 26 North High Street, the most recent site of Thai Lotus Restaurant, on June 16th.
