    car2go Expands Service to Bexley, Eastmoor and Berwick Neighborhoods

    Car-sharing service car2go has been in the Columbus market for a little less than a year, but it has continued to grow steadily, slowly adding new destinations, neighborhoods and suburban municipalities into its service area, allowing more customers to fully utilize the system. Starting today the service will now be available in the city of Bexley as well as the Berwick neighborhood south of Bexley and roughly half of the Eastmoor neighborhood located east of Bexley.

    The service now has a total of 300 vehicles in service and a serviceable “Home Area” of 46 square miles, which includes most of central Columbus, Grandview Heights, OSU as well as parking zones at Easton Town Center and near Port Columbus. The service has a total of over 15,000 local registered customers.
