Yesterday, local firm Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) announced that it will be relocating its offices just a few blocks from Park Street to Nationwide Boulevard.

“We wanted to find a unique space to reflect the personality of our business,” said Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ President, David Miller. “The historic Buggyworks building was a perfect fit. This expansion will support our growing team and our vision for scaling and expanding our portfolio of restaurants.”

CMR will take over a 17,000 square foot space on the third floor of the building, located at 390 West Nationwide Boulevard. The building, which is still undergoing renovation work by Nationwide Realty Investors, will be home to a total of 30,000 square feet of third-floor office space once completed, with two floors of parking below.

Meanwhile, the building located at 515 Park Street — where the current CMR offices are located — may be slated for demolition. A proposal to construct two eight-story buildings housing offices and a hotel is being considered for the site.

The Cameron Mitchell Restaurants move to the Buggyworks is expected to take place sometime later this year.
