Rising from the ashes of the old 39 Below FroYo space (which relocated to Olde Towne East), Cafe Phenix will be spreading its wings this spring on Gay Street in the heart of Downtown Columbus.

According to the company’s Facebook page, the shop will be drink-centric, featuring coffee, tea, smoothies and milkshakes. Phenix will allow customers the option of full drink customization with different syrups and flavors.

Owners confirmed that the store is aiming to be open the second week of April — pending the approval of all final inspections — just in time for the start of this season’s Moonlight Market event series on April 9th and the new Sunlight Market on April 17th.
