    Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner opened a post-election summit Tuesday to review what went right and what went wrong with the Nov. 2008 balloting. Brunner said the review would be made with an eye towards making improvements in the future. “Early voting is here to stay.”

    County boards of elections were limited by state law to have only one early voting location. Expansion of early voting has been discussed, with the possibility of having up to 4 locations.
