The largest office tenant for the development thus far, the Traverse City, MI-based company will look to eventually add 200 full-time jobs at its Dublin office, 75 of those by the end of the year. Offering its Hagerty magazine, as well as specialty insurance for enthusiast vehicles, Drivers Club memberships, car valuation tools and more, positions will included IT, licensed sales agents, claims and insurance product professionals.

The company says the region’s vibrant business community, automotive sector and highly-skilled employees influenced their decision to choose Dublin for their expansion.

Starting in February, Hagerty will operate out of a temporary office space at 555 Metro Place as their office is built out. Once it makes the move to Bridge Park in the fall, the company will occupy 41,000 square feet of space spanning the first, second and third floors of 6767 Longshore St. Space on the first floor will be dedicated to a lobby featuring a rotating collection of enthusiast vehicles, with office space on the second and third.

“It’s a dynamic development in the heart of a beautiful city, which made it an ideal choice for us,” said McKeel Hagerty, CEO of Hagerty.
