BrewDog Selects Columbus-Based Triad Architects for US Headquarters
Local architectural firm TRIAD Architects announced today that the company has been selected to design the new local BrewDog facility that was announced last week. TRIAD works on a variety of architectural projects ranging from commercial to residential to educational, but may be best well known to CU readers for their work on the Yankee Trader building where their offices can be found.
“We are super excited to work with the TRIAD guys on one of the most anticipated BrewDog projects to date,” said Keith Bennet, Special Projects and Business Development Manager at BrewDog. “We feel extremely confident that Brent, Zach and the rest of the TRIAD team will help us to nail this project and bring our BrewDog US vision to life in Columbus. The last couple of days in Scotland have been a blast but also very productive and we appreciate the effort and the pace that the guys have injected at such short notice.”
BrewDog’s US facility will house a 100-barrel brewing system and will employ approximately 100 people on a 42 acre site that the company as agreed to acquire. The exact location has not been officially announced, but Columbus Underground confirmed anonymously last week that the site is located in the city of Canal Winchester.
