Bonobos, known for well-fitting menswear and accessories, was originally founded as an online-only retailer in 2007. Bonobos began opening brick-and-mortar locations in 2012.

Bonobos will occupy 1,500 square feet along High Street on the ground floor of the development. This will be the first Bonobos location in Columbus and the third in Ohio.

“We are thrilled to welcome Bonobos as our first retail tenant in the building,” said Phil Rasey, vice president of development for The Pizzuti Companies, in a press release. “The brand is a great addition to the building and the surrounding neighborhood; it’s a natural fit.”

Bonobos joins coworking space Industrious in Pizzuti’s mixed-use building. Industrious will occupy 30,000 square feet on the building’s third and fourth floor.

The four-story, mixed-use building will open in July 2019.
