CBC’s Bodhi Soon Available in Bottles
Tickets are now on sale for the public to be the first to try freshly bottled Bodhi, from Columbus Brewing Company (CBC).
“Ours fans have patiently but persistently been asking for us to bottle Bodhi for years,” said Eric Bean, CBC co-owner, in a press release. “Now that we’re able to make that happen, inviting fans to the brewery and making it a party seems like the best way to share the excitement with them because, believe me, we’re just as eager to get Bodhi out in bottles as they are to be able to take it home.”
Tasting sessions will be at the brewery Saturday, July 16 from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. and 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Admission is $100, but it includes two pints at the event, one of the first cases of Bodhi to take home, a souvenir glass, and a limited edition t-shirt, according to the press release.
For those who don’t want to pay $100 there is a designated driver option, which is only $25 and includes a t-shirt and a food voucher.
After the initial release, Bodhi will be sold in four-packs for $9.99, and Bean said there are plans for more of their draft-only beers to be released in bottles over the next few months.
