Bacon has a following all its own, and we totally get it! That’s why CU has teamed up with The Hills Market Downtown to host the Big Bacon Bash on January 13 to help cap off their Bacon Week in store. For one evening, the Chefs at Hills Downtown are preparing 10 unique bites that are packed with bacony goodness. The event will take place from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Hills Downtown.
Break those winter blues and join us to celebrate the crispy, salty snack we all adore. Each savory or sweet bite will be paired with a local beer or wine to match! Plenty of Ohio brewers will be in the mix including Seventh Son, Wolf’s Ridge, Market Garden Brewery and Platform Brewing Co.
Pre-sale tickets are on sale now for $35 per person. Each ticket includes all 10 appetizers and 10 paired samplings of beer or wine. On top of the menu, the store will be jammed packed with bacon-themed items for you to check out while you are cruising the tasting stations at the event. Tickets may be available at the door for $40, but likely to sell out in advance.
