Best Urban Development in Columbus of 2015

There were many new development projects announced in 2015, many that were under construction in 2015, and many that were completed in 2015. When we polled our readers on the best of the best of the year, many pointed toward the completion of the Scioto Greenways development, which transformed the Scioto River through the heart of Downtown Columbus. The project removed a low-head dam at Main Street, narrowing the river, returning the natural flow of the water, and creating 33 acres of new parkland in the process, which has been landscaped and embedded into the bike trail network for all to enjoy.
